    Can anyone tell me which is the easiest programme for joining two svcd's, two haf films together please.

    TMPGEnc has a good cutter/joiner under 'MPEG Tools' if you have the .mpg file of the svcd......

    or I saw 'vcdcutter' under the tools section on this site....
