I try to cut some poor scenes out of an almost finished SVCD movie.
In TMPGenc the "cut" is not exactly where I order it to be -not precisely enough, for some reason. So You have to cut "some extra", but how much??
Then I tried VCDcutter, but cannot make it save my clips. There are 4 buttons, step 1 through 4, but it seems my buttons 3 and 4 are not active ??? The help file is next to nothing. I select "clip mark in" where I want to start, and "clip mark out" where the clip should end - and then I am suposed to get the clip down in the "clip list" by selecting "add to clip list" but as I said, that doesn`t work.

SO: Can anyone solve one of these two software problems for me OR suggest a third and hopefully better working peace of software???
    Thanks/Preben
    Thanks -
    Ps.

well is best to do your editing before you convert to svcd. next time, use virtual dub first to remove the bad frames, then convert your file
