dual layer DVD? Hey, i noticed manufactuers are selling dual layer DVDs that you flip over to write on the other site, could this be considered DVD9?

No, this is double sided DVD-5, sometimes referred to as DVD-10. It most definatley IS NOT DVD-9 or dual layered.

these have been out for a while. these are called DVD-10.
Laserdiscs are cool, but laserdiscs on DVD-Rs are cooler.
