    Has anyone successfully created a SVCD with MF2 with chapters. I tried, but the Chapters didn't work during playback on my DVD player.

    Well not on a SVCD but I have with a 400mb+ VCD using DVD MovieFactory 2.10. It's not as functional as a DVD menu/chapter (since you can't skip to the previous or next chapter while in the movie) but it does it's job.
