MF2 Possible capture/playback problem

Hi.

I captured video from my TV using my MiniDV as passthrough. I can use Ulead VS6 and MyDVD, load the mpeg2 file and play it smoothly. When I try to work on it MF2 the video is jumpy - like it's missing frames.

Any idea what the problem could be? I know I captured video yesterday in the same manner using MF2, edited it, and burnt it to DVD without any issues.
