    Trying to make a cd photo album but my pictures come out scrolling bottom to top and are black and white. VCD and SVCD play perfectly. Any ideas???

    You've got a problem with PAL/NTSC incompatibility.

    If you live in North America or Japan, use NTSC. If you live anywhere else, use PAL...

    I've heard that Nero (?demo) always produces its still MPEGs in PAL. Can anyone confirm or deny this?
