  1. Hello, I ordered the dvp5982, but just found out that theres the DVP5992 out.
Firstly I'm wondering if the dvp5982 is USB 2.0 or is it only compatible with 2.0 but uses the 1.1 version.
I'm mostly watching tv shows and movies on a standard tv (not flat panel), and really want to avoid annoying stuttering and slow reactions, because not sure if usb 1.1 is good enough.

Also I was wondering if this dvd player has Panscan option to zoom in.

I'm just wondering if the dvp5992 is that much better than the dvp5982 version and when my player comes through the mail should i just got to the nearest bestbuy, get my money back and get a dvp5992?

If I had to do it over I would of bought the 5990.
