    Ok i know how to fix aspect ratio. But the problem is the picture is messed up so that the bottom of the picture is bigger than the top thus giving people big chins and an overall wierd look. Is there anyway to fix this? Its an mpeg2 file. What it needs is like the picture tilted, the top forward and the bottom back. I doubt there is any program that can do this but if anyone has any ideas please let me know. Thanks

    Sorry i have no idea, but it sounds kind of funny. I have never heard of anything remotely like this. This coming from the person that has managed to mess up a video in every possible way.

    Might be helpful if you could tell us where the video came from, ie download, rip etc. and what you did to it

    I downloaded it. It was filmed in the theater, obviously from the front, heh.
