See the link in the post? It's screwed up.
I've been getting a lot of that myself here lately.

It looks like this:

http://\\"http//www.videohelp.com/tools/AvsP%5C%22

That may be an auto link for a tool.
But it also happens with manually linked words/phrases, and even raw URLs.
