I wanna Capture VHS video to make A VCD to play in my Pioneer DV-434 Standalone DVD player to view on my TV set, im running NTSC, to capture im using A ATI All-In-wonder 64DDR TV Tuner Card (ATI 7500 All-In-Wonder) im capturing directly to VCD format withought re-encoding the software im using is the software that came with my card the ATI MMC (Multimedia Center) Version 7.7 I would like to know what would be the best capture quality settings to capture to VCD from VHS
Here are my options
Frame sequence in the mpeg output stream:
Number of P frames in a Group?
Number of B frames in a Subgroup?
Variable bitrate or Constant bit rate
What is better?
Video bit rate: how many M Bit/Second?
Motion Estimation Quality 0 To 100?
What I wanna know is what is the best settings I should choose to Capture VHS to VCD
