    is stalls like it gets stucks at 1 part for like 8 seconds why it does that?.

    What source material are you encoding/burning? Are you talking about svcd or vcd? PAL or NTSC?
    You need to be a little more specific to get help for your problem.

    all i know is i take it to tpmeg to get to encode and burn it on nero. can somebody tell me what's the best way to encode it on tpmeg at the begining. i make sure i hit vcd on nero that all i do.
