I have the opportunity to purchase a "New" copy of Visual Studio 5. My purchase will likely hinge on whether or not it is possible to frameserve from it to TMPGEnc (or even VirtualDub) as I don't really want to have to save the video to my hard drive yet again before encoding for VCD/SVCD. If it is possible, can anyone enlighten me on how this might be done?
