What camera (or a phone?) was used to create the video? It could be one of those odd camera MPEG4 formats that other programs might have problems with, but it does seem a little odd that VLC wouldn't be able to play it.
Another thing that seems odd to me is that the video's only 2.24 MB, even for a 320x240x24 video. If cameras add ten pounds, why would people want to eat them? -

What kind of extension must be used with this kind of file and, what should I do to see and convert it? WinFF said "Unknown Format".Last edited by Puppybarf; 4th Jul 2010 at 04:16. Reason: Info added

Well, that's basically a DivX-encoded AVI, but it's odd that WinFF wouldn't know what to do with it... unless there's something odd about the filename (extra spaces, symbols it can't recognize, etc.) Does the filename have the extension .avi?
Try copying the file, and renaming the copy "movie.avi". Then, see if WinFF has a problem recognizing what to do with it.If cameras add ten pounds, why would people want to eat them? -
Nothing to do... it's Unknown Format again

You might try a different converter, like XMedia Recode, for example. WinFF unfortunately hasn't been updated in a while, and the versions of ffmpeg and any other encoder it uses might not be able to handle your video as well as newer versions (XMedia uses ffmpeg as well).
If you're not set on using an ffmpeg-based encoder, there are other choices as well. I'm still not sure, offhand, why WinFF would have problems with the video, though. If cameras add ten pounds, why would people want to eat them?
