VCD into cue/bin or iso?? How??

I've created a VCD with Nero but I need the CD as either bin/cue or iso format for use with a fast CD-R duplicator. Any ideas on how I can do this?? So, how ca I rip a VCD into an iso file or a bin/cue set? Or, how can I in Nero, before burning, write it to an iso or bin/cue set?
