Me and a mate have just both got webcamns and wanted to talk to eachy other on them, unfortunatly we are bnoth on 56k so using msn messenger the quailty is shite, however I have noticed that at bitrates like 20kps mpeg4 isnt that bad,

so does anybody know of anygood webcam mpeg 4 software?
