The software that comes with it crashes all the time and that is not because of my PC.

Anyway, I am searching for better software. I'd like a basic program that records up to full HD (in only 5 or 10 f/s) but also in SD.
I need another software that can be set to record every certain time-interval (photo or/and footage)
Any suggestions?
