All of the disks that I've burned have a common problem, the audio is out of sync lagging noticably behind the video.

My burner is Pioneer A03 and editing program is Pinnacle 8.0 using an ati tv wonder capture card. I'm capturing analog video as avi files and then (using the program) rendering them to mpeg2.

Does anyone have possible fixes to this problem?
