Widevine L1 and PlayReady SL3K/SL2K extraction, provision and reprovision

Do you know something about extracting/getting Widevine L1 (client_id.bin + private_key.pem) and PlayReady SL3000/2000 (bgroupcert.dat + zgpriv.dat) from Smart TV or Android TV? And do you have L1 Provision script? Maybe you have other tools? That pair files (client_id.bin + private_key.pem and bgroupcert.dat + zgpriv.dat) need to be decrypted or not? Please help me! I beg you! I swear my soul, mother and God that I'm honest guy and I don't interested in leaking or betrayal. I want only knowledge for personal interest and use.

Cdm L1 are very difficult to extract and no script easy-to-use exists like for L3 level because it's necessite a security breach directly in the memory of the processor and it's a hard work to exploit that.
But it's possible, because wvd L1 file are buying in telegram.
For playready it's an other question and I'm not the most good placed for responding to you.

For me the client_id.bin + private_key.pem and bgroupcert.dat + zgpriv.dat are not encrypted, (with the kwowledge that I have) the most difficult is to have that!
