It's normal that you can't find the network because the image is in French. I also use Firefox. You need to refresh the page to display only the m3u8 URL.

Somehow I managed to follow your steps but only the full video file with ID = 719 was downloaded. I still can’t download the audio track separately. By the way, what’s the difference between Yt-dlp and n_m3u8dl-re?

I can't give you any technical differences between yt-dl & n_m3u8dl-re because I'm no expert, but you can ask chatgpt, gemini to learn more
I use n_m3u8dl-re to download drm protected videos and many times yt-dlp comes in handy to download unprotected videos easily
specially for the supported sites (you can read more here)

anyways tried downloading your audio file using both tools and n_m3u8dl-re was way faster than yt-dlp
