Whit WideVineProxy2 I get:

Your FFmpeg binary does not support the option -disposition:v:0
Because of that, FFmpeg aborts and the mux step fails

Since decryption already succeeded, you can mux manually:

ffmpeg -i web_2026-01-19_09-42-20.mp4 \
       -i web_2026-01-19_09-42-20.es.m4a \
       -c copy \
       output.mkv

This avoids -disposition:v:0 entirely.
Please update ffmpeg to resolve this issue: -disposition:v:0

I have the same problem, despite checking u3u8, IDM sends a request to the server for a video file and receives an html response and cannot download it.

do not copy m3u8 manually. simply put ON the IDM ext, go to video page, from network search master.m3u8, block request url, then reload page and IDM rip the m3u8 link (with referer and token) and start download. the token is new fresh, so idm start
if not work, clean cache, or better use browser on incognito mode and try again

block request url, copy 'master.m3u8' link, add:

-H "accepts-controls: 3a20xxxxxxxxxxx"

and it work

replace xxx with right value.

if you get again 403, stop download, reload page, add new fresh m3u8, new Referer token, and new auth Bearer

and download resume

the day after, and with another IP, but still from same browser, still with block request url, all header is the same: referer (and token), auth Bearer, and accepts-controls value

the only new value (from each page reload) is master.m3u8 link
so if you have stopped download, get new fresh m3u8 link, run again N_m3u8DL-RE command with same all headers -H and resume download

I'm running Win 10 Professional and have python-3.14.4-amd64 installed.

nope. is not enough. read better my post above.
1) add --save-name video
this need to resume download (need file name otherwise N_m3u8DL-RE start new download)

2) for header need also Referer, and auth bearer (same value on resume. add only new fresh m3u8 to resume download. but always run full N_m3u8DL-RE coomand
so add also:
-H "Referer: https://polygamist-as.stloadi.live/?token_movie=d8cexxxxxa4&token=b156xxxxxx"
-H "authorizations: Bearer pXzvbyDGLYyxxxxxxx"
