Hi Everyone
My goal is to achieve true-to-life skin textures, skin wrinkles, and skin tones as I see them with my eyes, especially the redness of areas like the soles of the feet and the palms of the hands, I plan to shoot indoor video at 1080p 50fps for smooth motion
I currently use a 1-inch camera, the Sony ZV-1, which performs well, However, I’m wondering if a camcorder could do even better in terms of true-to-life skin. I’m not familiar with camcorders, so I’d like your opinion
I’m looking for a camcorder under €900 ($1000) and weighing less than 1000g (2.20 lb) for portability
Thanks a lot

Not sure what you mean by "true-to-life skin" but high resolution sensors and HDR can get you close to a very high quality video, unfortunately these will likely be over the budget you set for your goal.
A budget starter camcorder will be this 4K HDR camcorder from Canon , It has 12-SDI and HDMI outputs for saving lossless footage to an external portable recorder, It is however over your budget. -

Once you get past the bargain bin I think you'll find that proper lighting is more important than what camera you use.
