Yes, it works, tested on Windows 7 with Supermium browser. Also widevineproxy2 works on Windows 7 with Supermium browser.

Sometimes the content is not protected although N_m3u8DL-RE identifies it as Dynamic Adaptive Streaming over HTTP.
