    Thanks. Is there any trick to getting the right key? Some of the other videos download fine without any problems but that one didn't.

    Aha. Problem solved. I have the right keys.
    Shaka Packager, however, screws up when various characters are in the save-name and fails to write the decrypted files. Sanitizing the save-name or using mp4decrypt fixes the issue.
