  1. Hello, long time VRD TVS user here. I recently had to reinstall on a new laptop, and since doing so my display in the main window is showing 3 gray boxes of the current frame. This is directly above the thumbnails. I checked my old laptop (thankfully didn't destroy yet), and it's the same version and it appears that all the settings are the same, but I must be overlooking something. Here is a picture of what I'm referring to:

On my other install, the main window is one image in color and nearly fills the black box. I prefer this method so I can easily see what's in the video. I'm cutting sports videos, so with the 3 small gray boxes I can't easily see who's on the field or up to bat in this mode. Does anyone know how to change this?

    Thank you.

  2. Just bumping this. Still trying to figure it out and haven't found a setting that controls this. Anyone have an idea?

  3. I finally figured out the problem. This laptop has an nVidia GPU in it. I had to go into the nVidia Control Panel under manage 3D settings, and change the "Preferred Graphics Processor". It was set to Auto-Select. I changed it to High Performance NVIDIA Processor, and now the main window is back to the normal single full screen view.
