Stream Link Pluto TV episode Help

I'm having issues downloading episodes of the TV show Baggage from pluto.tv.
I was able to download all of season 1 and season 2. I was able to download some of season 3, but when my script got to episode 31 it seems that the episodes weren't downloaded correctly.
Here is the command that was run:
streamlink "https://pluto.tv/on-demand/series/5e9dd898868ca8001a05146c/season/3/episode/65e11d5203625d0013bf90c9" best -o "S3E31.mkv"

But when I tried to open the video I noticed it was only around 2 min long. I then ran it through MKVToolNix, and while that did then show the full 21 min, the audio and video got offset since the video clips weren't stitched together properly.

Any advice on how to get the full video? Is there a setting on streamlink I need to use or some other software to run the file through.

and browser go to home page. so search 'Baggage' can't find nothing ... maybe need some IP country ? or need account to play (maybe is paid serie) ?

The script just executes the streamlink command listed above
If you use a U.S. VPN location you should be able to access it.
It is free to access, no account needed.

This file still has the same problem unfortunately. When I open it in VLC it shows only 2:42 instead of the expected 21:00 that I got in all previous episodes.

after 1 hour i've understand your issue: is due to wrong number by pluto!
ep31 is real E3031, look here

so i think your script work fine, just add 3031 for EP31 !
