DVD Styler 3.3 Beta 3 Access Denied Failed to Write .iso image

Hello All,
I want to complete my picture/video project, but have stumbling blocks. I've created a project with a VGMN Menu, 7 Titlesets with a menu for each one, and a group of titles for each titleset. Everything looked ok and I was able to create an .iso file a few days ago. I had to make a few changes. When, I go to create the burn, preview, create .iso, the preview opens in VLC and can play with no issues. It then asks me if I want to create an .iso file and I click yes. After a minute or so, I get an error message: failed. mkisoft: Permission denied. Unable to open disc image file. I want to create the .iso file. I tried clearing the cache, and lowering the bitrate to 64 from 125; however, nothing is working. I've attached a screenshot of the settings/error messages received. Any idea how to fix this? I am not a programmer and just want to be done with this project. I've tried other software programs, but DVD styler actually lets me drag and drop files, so I like that. Thanks for any help in advance!
