  3. hello everyone, after a while I find myself having to download from raiplay again, as the guess button didn't seem to work I updated the chrome extension downloaded from here: https://github.com/FoxRefire/wvg/tree/next but now it gives me this error:

    ----------------------------------------------------
    Could not decrypt!

    License Response:
    b'{"status":"UNGRANTED_REQUEST","code":400,"errorC ode":4005,"message":"Invalid request"}'

    https://github.com/FoxRefire/wvg/wiki/How-to-add-custom-license-scheme-yourself
    ---------------------------

Any suggestions? Usually for raiplay I have never used any dedicated scripts

The file I tried to download is here: https://www.raiplay.it/video/2025/02/9-1-1-S6E18-Ricambia-il-favore-dd44625d-e8b2-4f9e...04573617f.html

I don't really need this file, it's just an example, I just want to understand how to find the code. Thank you

Look we've all been new here at some point BUT you really have to help yourself first before expecting people to spoon feed you with the same sorts of questions in every thread.

I'd highly suggest you start with these 3 stickied threads. Read them over and over and over again until you've got a basic concept of what the hell this site is on about.

I started in this place a little over a year ago. Knew nothing about Python but I did know how to read and learn. Suggest you give it a go.

I am going to decline your suggestion because I am not going to read through dozens of pages just to find the answer
to 1 question if you do not have any knowledge of where in those dozens of pages I might find the answer. But appreciate you giving your input.

*edit* yes I did eventually find the answer to my question in those pages. still would have been useful to highlight/point out the section when you posted the link.

hello sir, nice to meet you. Was there something you wanted to tell me ?

I am aware the page you linked you makes reference to CDMs.

Do you have reason to believe it is relevant to my question regarding CDM key pair files ?

    Supported CDM Key Pair Formats

device_client_id_blob + device_private_key <=== This is the key pair that you are inquiring about

device.wvd <=== The key pair that you are inquiring about are combined into one file here

The link that Goku73 has indicated to you concerns device.wvd as the key pair files [device_client_id_blob + device_private_key] have been made redundant by this [device.wvd] file

there is not a single post in the 3 pages of the thread that Goku73 linked to which states this at all, or even makes mention of a file called
    "devie.wvd".

Anyway, I will thank you for helping me, but also for reminding me why I absolutely detest people who think "link dumping" constitutes help.

Every single zip in the post I linked to you contains the two files you are looking for, just put them in the main folder of the programme, just read the instructions, but if you don't download a single file to see what's inside? A little initiative doesn't hurt. Download one of those files, unzip it and put it in the program folder, you're done, now it works.

It would be REALLY helpful if you at least said a few words when you post a link. anybody can copy and paste.

If you ask for ‘CDM key pair file’ and I point you to a link called ‘Ready to use CDMS avalaible here’ with a set of zip files, at least open a zip file, OK I could write a few words, but I repeat a bit of initiative since the post below mine also explained what were the two files you needed ‘device_client_id_blob + device_private_key’, anyway the device.wvd is obtained by joining those two files with a command in python, but if you keep reading the post: https://forum.videohelp.com/threads/413719-Ready-to-use-CDMs-available-here%21 there are some ready-made ones.

Anyway if you still have problems and tell me which extension you are using and what you need I will attach it.

  16. This extension gives false KID values on a few sites, but KEY values are always correct. This isn't a serious problem. Because it's easy to find the correct KID value.
