Hello, trying out Video Proc on an old 4:3 holiday video. I choose mp4 but only because Target Format doesn't seem to work. I select Target Format but the 'Done' option isn't available no matter what option I choose whether it's General Profiles, General Web Video, General Video, DVD Video, HD Video or TV Video. I'm not sure what the differences are anyway. Also, the 'Done' option doesn't work when I choose Toolbox and select Denoise.
I then have to click on 'Cancel' to get back to where I was.
When I click on Codec Option (gear symbol) I choose 1280x720 and change the Aspect Ratio to 16:9, keep the frame rate to original (25 fps) and then click on Done and then Run.
Once the process is complete I take a look but there is no difference to the original whatsoever.
    Why?
    Where am I going wrong?

    Do you mean this?
    https://www.videoproc.com/index_wap.htm

Are you trying to use the AI/super resolution features?
To convert 4:3 to 16:9, you invariably have to crop the video, top and bottom,
Stretch it, or pillar box it

I mean the video converter option.
Even when I use Super Resolution to enhance an old photo, the 'Model Inferring' part just keeps on turning for about 15 minutes and that's just for one photo and again, there's no real difference and that's before clicking 'Run' which would also take about another 20 minutes.

Try one of the choices from our host site here, for example, Vidcoder

How about just trying to offer a solution to the problem I posted.

Perhaps somebody else will help, my PC too old for this program, no valid GPU.
I got it installed but no access to the AI
I was able to do a simple encode using CPU only
This is the first time I've seen this program mentioned in this forum
