I think I have finally found a solution to my problem. What video cutters can cut frame by frame in any point in time, reencode them to lossless formats, while keeping all subtitle tracks?

How do I batch burn in subtitles with clever FFmpeg GUI without manually having to save the same settings for each video?

the Splitter has two modes

1. frame accuracy smart rendering , where only a few frames are reencoded and the 99% of the rest is copied

2. GOP or K Frame accurate mode. its 100% losless but has less accuracy
