bad frames after burning divx to disc

I've searched the forum and didn't see any useful post so if i overlooked one sorry.

This is the problem:
After i burn a divx to disc it freezes and has bad frames.
I scan the file for bad frames & watch them also no problems at all but once i burn the file to disc i get bad frames or worse the index is broken. I find out the index is broken when i try to open the file in vdub. Also there is a crc error @ the bad frame so vdub chops the video there.
This happens frequently and not just on a few discs. I can however play the video back sometimes i just have to skip the bad section.

Any suggestions?
I am not making VCDs these are divx-->mode1 data cds

amd 1400 , winxp home , acer 20X10x40, nero 5.6

When you burn try lowering your burning speed...try burning at 4X if you can...hope it helps

burning at a slower speed doesn't help
