issue in encodeing HDR movie with StaxRip

Hi. I want to encode a 4K HDR10+ Movie to 1080p HDR10+ with StaxRip. but there is an issue.
The color of output file is different with the source file.

HDR10+ Metadata itself should be resolution agnostic, but lowering the resolution will change the overall color perception.
So, I don't think it's possible without any changes.
(Sorry, no clue about StaxRip)

As a side note:
According to MediaInfo your source isn't HDR10+, it's HDR10:

oh. thanks for information about HDR10 and HDR10+.

I want to do something like this.

No clue where the issue is, metadata seems fine. Don't know if StaxRip does any unwanted/needed tv/pc changes.
