ffmpeg buffering issues

Hi,

I have now managed with your help to decrypt the stream and would now like to stream it unencrypted. The problem is that it often comes to buffering. I try that with the following command but it helps nothing. I see in the log of FFMPEG that the speed falls below 1x which is probably not good and an error I do not know how to fix. How do I solve the problem?
