  1. How do I do this? I used vdub and tried saving an indivual frame, then renaming to *.jpg. I could swear I saw this in a thread but I can't find it now....

  2. the way I do that is by opening a video,then with your video editing software you save the file as "filmstrip" and then you can open that filmstrip file with your photo editing software and then you can save it as jpg gif or anything you want.

    Load your video into Virtual Dub. Find the frame you want. Select Video
    -->Copy source frame to clipboard -- Voilá!
