    I connected my DVD-player via Scart with my VCR. Now my tape has some lines accross the screen. Any way I can prevent that from happening ?
    Btw, I have a Cyberhome 505

    macrovision shouldn't affect SVCD or VCD..

    you should be able to turn off your player's macrovision, anyway, try searching on google for "cyberhome 505 macrovision" ..
