  1. I use Win10 and AnyVideoConvertor.

    In the Screen that lets Me Select the Video Bit Rate it Says.

    Video Bit Rate.

    Then Right next to this is the Drop Down List and it just has Numbers in the List.

    So if I Select 512 for My Video Bit Rate is this Telling Me it will Encode the Video at 512 bps or 512,000 bps?

    I guess its unit is in kilo bit per second
    So it will encode your video to.. 512kbps
    Am not sure actually, but you can check your output encode bitrate with mediainfo

  3. It has to be kbps. There's no way you could encode a video to 512 bits per second. That would be only 64 bytes for each second of the video. For a 30 fps video that would be about 2 bytes per frame.
