Scenario:
- I have a handful of videos in random formats and random encoding.
- I do NOT have the original source.
- ffmpeg or any other tools are available to get all the encoding info from the videos. (bitrate, aspect, etc)
I want to watch the video with the best quality. How can I determine which is the best one?
I understand this can get very complicated. I'm not looking for pages long blog post. Looking for back-of-the-envelope answer.
