  1. Everytime I open Nero 5.5's Cover Designer program, then select their default template (for audio disk), it freezes my system.

    According to Nero's HelpTool this means that I have the wrong language file, since I'm using the U.S. English version, I should have the "CEnglish.NLS" file. There is no such file on my system nor on the Nero CD. Nero installed "cover-deu.nls" and "cover-esn.nls" files though. It only freshes when I select the template file, not when I select a blank template. Also, I have no other programs running at the same time.

    All other features of Nero works without a problem.

    I've sent a request for technical support to Nero, but it's been over two weeks and no response!

    HELP!

  2. I discovered (on my own) that my graphics hardware acceleration was set to FULL, changed it to NONE, and everything works now.

    Nero's technical support SUCKS!
