Hi guys,
I received the wonderful Om shanti om (2007) by Farah Khan, with Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone.

It is really a marvel, you should watch it someday.
As there are only English subs, I wanted to convert it into mkv file, but then it became not readable (to watch it on my TV). It still is watchable on a computer, of course.
The only way to reintroduce French subs is to make an AVCHD structure with tsmuxer, and read it on my stand-alone Sony BDV-N590. That works, but is not satisfying (the audio file is not too good).
I tried also my EMTEC TV-box, but the file cannot be read.
And finally, on my Nkbox, I got a beautiful image, but the audio is not sync.
So, what I would like to do: make a mkv file (and join ass subs, this part is easy), in order to read it with any of my devices.
But mkvmerge creates a file that seems to be a sort of slow-motion picture.
How can I proceed?
