Just after finishing shooting a video with my phone, the battery died as it was processing the video to save it. Now I have a 200MB mp4 file (which is about right for the video length), but it won't play either on my phone or in VLC.
I was wondering if there was any way that could recover it from the data in the file.

It was saved to internal memory or to an SDCARD? if it's to a SDCARD are you sure that is not a fake?

I've had good luck with this: www.videohelp.com/software/recover-mp4-to-h264
It's worth keeping their instructions open in a browser window while you do it.
