Using VirtualDub to Mimic Helium Booth

Helium Booth warps, I guess on the fly, your "video selfies" with various options, such as giving you gigantic bug-eyes and a tiny mouth, or a huge mouth and tiny eyes, or whatever.

Well, my friend keeps bugging me to make Helium Booth videos, but I don't have an iPhone. So I figured I'd just shoot a regular video and try to create the warping effect I'm after in VirtualDub. Is there a filter/plugin I can add to VirtualDub for this sort of thing?

You might try using an android emulator, and use the actual app.
