    Newbie here. Is there a package that can split a VOB file and output two VOB files with making any other format changes? I've tried Video to Video but haven't been successful in getting it to work. Thanks.

    The old vobsplitter might work.

    But why? You shouldn't really use vobs for anything other than playing in a dvd/software player.
