Problems using TMPEGENC to convert DIVX

Hello. I use tmpegenc all the time for everything and used to use it to convert the episodes of friends I download to vcd from divx. Up until recently I have been able to do it no problem, but now i have a problem. Everytime I open a ep, tmpegenc says its like almost 5x the size it actually is. For example-

Episode 710 DVD Rip- 106 MB
Episode length 22:37

TMPEGENC says its-92 Min 19 Secs and would be 923.59MB

I tried uninstalling any packs I had but to no avail, I re-installed tmpegenc as well but no dice. I am using current version. Should I try using an older one?

Try change the directshow reader priority and reopen the video.

If that doesn't help you can always use the source range to select exact what to encode, under settings->advanced in tmpgenc.
