    VCDImager 0.7.9 is supposed to create a scandata.dat file for Video-CD 2.0. But it didn't do it for me. Have I missed an option?

    the scandata.dat is not required for VCD2.0, where the mpeg1 sequences do not contain scan data offsets embedded in the picture layer of the video stream...
