How to extract stream URL

I have a hard time finding/extracting the URL of a live TV broadcast.
For instance, the page at http://www.presstv.ir/live.html has 3 links for watching as Flash streaming and 3 links for watching as Windows Media streaming.

I need to know the URL of each stream so I can enter it in JLC Internet TV (see photo).
What is the procedure uf getting the right URL ?

The Adobe Flash and iPhone links are probably not much use to you.

But the Windows Media Links are:-
300Kbps

mms://217.218.67.243/presstv

388Kbps

http://presstv-presstv400.wm.llnwd.net/presstv_presstv400

800Kbps

http://presstv-presstv800.wm.llnwd.net/presstv_presstv800

These three links play in VLC media player (Media > Open location from clipboard).
So maybe they will be OK for "JLC's Internet TV" too.

How to find the links with Windows XP?
With Firefox, play the video and look in Tools > Web Developer > Web Console
There's probably an easier method than this, maybe other people will explain.

I tried myself this method, but nothing is shown for Windows Media or Adobe Flash. All options are checked in Web Console.

Any idea why?

thank you, but I need to enter a stream URL in JLC's Internet TV or in VLC to watch in any of those two players.

I tried rtmp://cp140005.live.edgefcs.net:1935/live as stream URL but it isn't working.
there must be some parameters added to the above URL in order to differentiate those 4 bitrate speeds and to work in players.

can you clarify what are the 4 FULL stream URLs, please?

I tried all URLs but no luck. Both players are not connecting or are getting errirs, like VLC:

The firewall was down to be sure nothing blocks the access.

So I guess there's something wrong with stream URL syntax.

my main interest (as specified from post 1) is to use JLC Internet TV, as this has a plethora of TV channels.
I want to submit those 4 Flash streams information (see 1st post of this topic) in order to have enough mirrors for PressTV available worldwide through JLC Internet TV database.

playing in VLC is more like for testing stream URLs before submitting them as mentioned in post 1.

so again, although rtmpdump might work well, I only need 4 VALID stream URLs for JLC Internet TV submit form.

can you help with that?

I´ve tried several methods (video Download Helper, streamlinks, Delepment Tools @ Firefox) to get the streams and, in fact, I´ve get the URLs but after some time that URLs are not valid anymore.

Can someone explain me how to obtain a valid URL for all the time? I´m trying to get that streams to be included in my tvheadend app following this tutorial:

Thanks for the try... but, If you try your URLs right now are no longer valid.

That´s the reason I was asking... how to obtain an URL that could not expire at the next day. I ´m able to get that URL´s from the develop tool in Firefox but after some hours or after one day the video is expired and can not be played.

Do you know another mechanism to obtain that URLs?

Hi. I think they change the stream url after some hours or days. Before ripping you have to find the right one. it's a protection so if someone publish the url of the stream
work only in that moment and not forever. This is my opinion
