    I have a Cannon Vixia HF R10 and I have no problem getting video from the camera to my pc but that's all I'm able to do. when I try to edit or save imagemixer 3 crashes every time.

    no computer specs listed but if windows 7 is being used right click om the shortcut to imagemixer 3 and set compatibility mode to xp + sp2 and try again

    Any codecs or codec packs not native to the system installed ... Haali Media Splitter can trigger the fault

    K ... go here ... unpack the zip file and run InstalledCodec ... then use ctrl + a (select all) ... then ctrl + s (save as txt).

    zip up the newly created txt file and upload the file ... just below where you post messages is the buttom "upload files/ manage attachments"
