I have lost the Pixela ImageMixer 3 SE for SD Ver. 2.0 program disc came with my Canon FS10 camcorder. I have tried to download the iso image for the CD but it will not take my camera serial number for installation. What can I do? I liked how the program would download and index the files off my camera. Are there alternatives to at least extract videos saved on the camera, to save to my PC?

My son also lost the pixela software for his fs100. Did you ever find a way to get a copy online?

Yes I did and can only find updates to the pixel software not the original software. you can't install the update without the original software. And I can't find it anywhere for a free download

No worries. Thanks for your help. It was for my son since he lost the original disc. He says the software was terrible anyway
