Ripboot after conversion video & audio sync is out by 1 seconds ???

hey guys ,, i love ripbot264 and use it aloooooot
i downloaded an amazing series called 1000 places to see before you die,, 27 gigs 12 episodes
anyway the guy who encoded them is a retard ,, first i can not get thumbnails for these vids and explorer in win7 will keep trying until i stop it
and when i want to play them they take almost 10 seconds to open via any player wmpclassic or jetaudio
here is the video description:
Type: Matroska
Video: DIVX 4/5/6 1920*1080, 29.97 fps
Audio AC3, 5ch, 48 kHz

i want to convert them to x264 1080p also matroska (.mkv)
but with ripbot after conversion after 54% the audio starts to de-sync ,, is there anyway to fix this maybe use something other than ripbot ??
please help i really want this series converted and prefect...

Are you copying the audio part? If not you can try that.


Or try another converter like handbrake.

Buy them on DVD, encode them yourself and you won't have sync issues.
