Once I put an MKV thru multiAVCHD the subtitles are lost

I have used multiAVCHD for some time. And basically I have no problems working with this program. But this time I've got one. Putting an MKV with 3 audio tracks and 3 subtitle streams thru multiAVCHD only video and 3 audio tracks come out as the result of the process (trying to make an AVCHD format). I did the similar processes with multiAVCHD before (MKV with multiple audio tracks and multiple subtitle streams) but this time I've gotten stumped. Any advice, please ?

EDIT: MediaInfo shows that 3 sub streams are there. They are not. At least MPCHC
shows no subs when I check for them.
I remember something now: before I created this AVCHD I had done a scan of Windows Registry and had fixed the errors. Maybe that's the reason of the problem (no I didn't do a backup of previous Registry).

I had uninstalled Haali Media Splitter and got my subtitle streams back in MPC-HC. I have reinstalled Haali Media Splitter with the default settings and subtitles are still there.

good to knew that. I have one problem please help me.

my original MKV has 13 subtitles stream once I imported to multiAVCHD I removed 10 of the subtitles I don't want and I added my own External subtitle but once I completed rendering the project I see only my External subtitle that I added and the rest it available for select also but it won't comes out on the screen at all.

Any idea how to fix this?

there is something wrong with multiavchd's support for internal pgs subtitles. SRT (internal and external) work always.
