Does anyone know what softs are necessary to convert a MPA file to AC3 ???

I've tried ImToo and BeSweet but cannot install them , or they require special methods for installing....

BeSweet is an audio transcoding tool. It lets you convert audio files from one format to another. Command line tool but get the BeSweetGUI for a graphical interface.
Where(on your computer) did you put BesweetGUI ?

I have BeSweet installed in PROGRAMS on :c....and BeSweetGUI in almost the same place as you(in a folder on one of my storage internal drives). As long as
BeSweetGUI is pointing at the BeSweet.exe file it should work perfectly.
