Ok,

I have seen many posts related to my problem but I am having trouble putting it together.

I have Power VCRII 3.0 and an ATI TV Wonder PCI card.

I have used the suggested registry fix to get 480x480 resolution so I can capture SVCD quality. The problem is after about 10 - 15 minutes the audio and video looses sync.

I have read that there is a utility at skinkwerks that may help with the registry settings but that seems to be gone.

I also read that tweaking the VBR will help but I have no idea what to set it at.

Can anyone who has gotten solid SVCD quakity mpegs out of this please help me out.
